K-Restore doesn't support snapshot feature at this time, but we have already implemented the technology and will add to the next version of the product which will be released after about a month.

In this case, please enter windows folder\system32\drivers, and remove KSPrt64.sys and ksbus64.sys.
And then reboot your system and do regular uninstallation.
We will release new version of TotalMounter in a month which bring a brand new virtual driver for Windows 7 and 8

C0000043 is STATUS_SHARING_VIOLATION. Means the file is used by other applications, please check if it is opened by other applications or already mounted to another drive.

Every KernSafe binary files contain valid Verisign signature, please check if the setup cabinet contains signature (right click on the file and check properties->Signature). If you download from thrid-party website, we can't ensure it is a valid copy of us.

It doesn’t support command line and shell extension to mount / unmount supported files at this time.

Offical version dosn't support this platform, but we have already make it working in our own storage servers, we will upgrade this product recently.
