Server Pool Management KernSafe Storage Center

Server pools define which IP address and TCP port the iSCSI service listens on. Open Storage Management > Server Pools to manage listening endpoints for the selected storage server.

The built-in DefaultPool listens on 0.0.0.0:3260. It can be modified through Settings, but it is typically retained as the primary pool.

Add Server Pool
Click Add to create a new pool.

Specify a pool name, choose the bind address, and enter a port number. The address and port combination must not conflict with another pool or any other application.

After the pool is created, it appears in the list together with its address family and service state.

Delete Pool
Select a pool and click Delete. The system displays a confirmation dialog before the pool is removed.

Settings
Select a pool and click Settings to configure the general service options, portal addresses, remote management, and SMTP notifications.

Start and Stop
Use Start or Stop to control the selected server pool without deleting its configuration.

Refresh
Click Refresh to reload the pool list for the selected storage server.
