KernSafe iSCSI Diskless Boot Stack provides a full functional solution for diskless booting computers over network. Its the same as our iSCSI SAN series products, cross-platform, supporting Windows, Linux platform. There are two options available for vendors: SDK Binary and SDK Source.
KernSafe iSCSI Diskless Boot SDK contains a full end-to-end diskless boot solutions, the full stack contains:

  • Server Side:
    • KernSafe iSCSI SAN Server, high performance and high availablity.
    • In-memory tftp server.
    • Built-in fast DHCP server, reduce dhcp discover time.
  • Client Side:
    • Boot PXE.
    • Boot iBFT driver, adjust IP address and computer name.
    • iSCSI initiator, using our own initiator or Windows/Linux built-in.
    • Boot PNP, automatally configure NIC device or slot changing.
    • Client Cache, provide memory and local disk cache to reduce server side playload.
    • Clone Tools, provide both block level and file system level cloning.
